We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to help bring We Heart Charleston to life! Whether you have experience with events, fashion shows, or just a passion for supporting good causes, we’d love to have you on the team.

Roles include: guest check in, backstage coordination, model support, setup/breakdown, and more. 

​

Volunteers receive:

• Free access to the event, including light food and drinks

• A custom event lanyard to wear on the day, identifying you as part of the team

• Behind the scenes experience during the event

• Networking opportunities with event organizer, fellow volunteers & business vendors

 

Availability Requirements:
Volunteers must have open availability for the entire day, including setup, event, and breakdown:

• First shift: Help with setup starting 2 hours before the event (3:00PM), then support throughout the event (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• Second shift: Arrive 30 minutes before doors open (4:30 PM), work through the event, then assist with breakdown and cleanup for 2 hours after (until approximately 12:00 AM)
